It's all about asking all those questions we all wrestle with, but no-one seems to give a straight answer to. Why? How? Who? Really? No ways! Could be? Hmmm.

It's about exploration, not canned responses not open to debate.  It's about feeling comfortable to disagree.  It's about meeting other people with questions, finding some answers, and sometimes saying "I don't know".  It's about agreeing to disagree, and about finding new understanding in agreement. It's about meals together, and fun together, and getting to know each other.

But mostly, it's about getting past that stylized and unthinking perceptions of Jesus and this life we call Christianity -- it's probably nothing like what you've been led to think!!

Alpha is no pressure; come as you are, eat meals together, discuss questions that go to the heart of what life is all about, and at any point feel free to walk away or dig deeper.  We simply think there's something here that can meet the dissatisfaction and troubles of life, that's the only reason we want to talk about it. 

Invitation dinner (28th July, 7pm): This is a great intro evening where we have a superb meal together, and just get to know people - no commitment to the course needed.  We'll talk a bit about the Alpha course, what we'll be doing over the subsequent weeks, and share a bottle of wine with good food.
