When we fail ... why

I was reading a blog on communications, and it related 5 reasons for failure in communication, which I think can also be applied to all contexts of the church life.  The 5 points were essentially:

• Too complicated.
• The person in charge has not been given adequate authority.
• Certain people are unwilling to learn new skills. 
• We lack vision. 
• Missing consistency.

So as you contemplate your area of activity in the church (you are active in the church, aren't you?), perhaps consider these ideas.
